CAN A NOTARY PUBLIC PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE?
Notaries are not licensed to practice law and cannot provide legal advice. Their role is limited to verifying the identity of signers and ensuring proper execution of documents.
HOW MUCH DOES NOTARIZATION COST?
Notary fees vary by location and type of document. Arizona has a set fee of $10 per notary signature for basic services. Travel and Mileage are not included in that fee.
